The 18 Week Muscle Building-Foundation program balances heavier weights, with even reps and sets. With each workout you want to push yourself to increase those weights, making those muscles work harder every time.

Every week you’ll attack each muscle group twice, increasing the speed at which muscle is built. This constant training also creates muscle muscle that is built to last.
