The FitNow Studios 18 Week Muscle Building- Foundation program is the perfect start to getting into muscle building shape. The program will also familiarize you with different equipment through out the gym and different exercises that target specific muscle groups.

The 18 Week Muscle Building-Foundation program balances heavy weights, with lower reps and sets. With each workout you want to push yourself to increase those weights, making those muscles work harder every time. Every week you’ll attack each muscle group twice, increasing the speed at which muscle is built. This constant training also creates muscle muscle that is built to last.

Supersets
Supersets for a burn you can feel for days. When you see this icon it’s time to sweat! A superset is two exercises that are performed in a row without stopping for one set. Do the exercises that are joined by a Superset icon without a rest between them, treating them like one single set.

  • I am a Mom with a 3 year old. It was important to me after my son was born to get into shape again. I have been training at Fit Now for over a year and loving it. The personal training I receive from AJ is second to none. My program is customary to my needs, focusing on targeting the areas of my body that I wanted to improve. The truth is, I came to the studio for a quick fix and to loose weight. What I gained is remarkable! I have improved my strength, increased my energy level (very important with a 3 year old) lost inches and body fat. With the help of Brooke, I have learned how to eat properly and recognize what does not work with my body. Being on a meal plan and eating 5-6 times a day is exciting. Understanding, there is a distinct difference between eating “healthy” and eating clean has been a great lesson. My time away from my family is important.   • Back in July i decided it was time to invest in my health. Being a massage therapist, my work is very tiring and physical, by the time i would get home from a long day of work, i would be too lazy and depleted to want to do anything let alone exercise or spend time cooking.   • Fitnow changed my life. I can truly say Brooke and AJ changed my life around and made me realize what I have the potential to achieve. I walked into fitnow thinking about competing in my first bikini competition and once I got started with them I knew it was the absolute best choice. They are extremely motivating and encouraging in every aspect and work great as a team, staying engaged with me during my whole prep. My whole life I was overweight and didn’t feel comfortable in a bathing suit or even certain clothing. I would always wear baggy clothing to hide what I didn’t want people to see. Today when I look in the mirror I can’t believe that what I’m looking at is my body!! It’s insane how much I have changed physically but also mentally, I have achieved a physique that I used to only dream about. I am now more confident and feel the best I have ever felt in my life.
